In the hustle and bustle of our tech- and success-driven world, we often become stressed beyond our capacities. Research has shown that even small amounts of time in Nature help lower blood pressure and de-stress from everyday life. I've scheduled this guided walk for you in the midst of the even-busier holiday season.
I partner with other local nature guides so we will help you re-discover your balance by helping you reconnect to the natural world.
Two, one-hour walks are offered on Saturday, December 2nd. As our holiday gift to you, it is offered free of charge or you may make a donation to help us in our spirit-offering in supporting Earth Connect.
